When your new Trikke arrives from us it will be as close to ready to ride as it can be. That means that it has been pre-assembled, and every aspect checked to be sure it is ready to ride. The brakes and the cables have been adjusted, and where applicable, the disc rotors trued, calipers adjusted, steering column bearings properly adjusted, and any other adjustments needed to make sure your Trikke arrives ready to use. Your new Trikke is then packed back in the original box, and in most cases will require only minimal re-assembly. We're here to help, whether it's a problem with your Trikke or a question about riding. We are only a phone call away. There are no after hours. Phones ring through to our mobiles after store hours, so you're welcome to call anytime.
